Hope you all had a happy valentine's day. Now, what should I do when the Aang arc ends? Skip to Korra and leave the Dungeons and Danganronpa arc a tumblr exclusive? Stop updating altogether and make you guys read it on the tumblr site now that you have to see Allie changing everyone's lives? One way or another, updates won't be regular and maybe a little slow. But they're like clockwork on the tumblr site! Or you can donate to my Patreon and read it all on the Dropbox.

I suppose at this point I should confess that, not having cable at my own house, I never actually watched Korra. It was one of those things where I determined not to watch it out of order, then it took forever to find an episode 1 rerun and yeah.

I hate the second half of season 1 and the first half of season 2, but I personally like Korra more than Aang's arc. Mostly because season 3 is amazing.

To be honest, I always kinda felt that the concept was a slight waste. In such an expansive universe, we focus on the very next avatar?

I agree and disagree. If we had more than two series, I'd want consecutive Avatars. If it's only two, I want a longer gap between them.

That's the other purely conceptual issue I had. The initial plan of just one miniseries for Korra would have been a great set up for continuing to explore the world by doing miniseries of different Avatars, and it felt like when they made LoK go longer than TLA that there really wouldn't be any more.

The people reading only here would be missing out on [redacted] and [redacted]. Do you really want to do this to them?
DeadpanSal 15th Feb 2018, 7:39 PM edit delete reply
Yeah? Well those [redacted] can [redacted] right up their [redacted]!
